Level 1 (Qi Activation) Online Workshop July 27-29

Coming soon: a Spring Forest Qigong Level 1 (Qi Activation) workshop, July 27-29. I’ll be co-teaching with fellow Certified Trainer Jasmine Win, and it should be fun! This class will cover the new evolved materials for Level 1, practically hot off the press. The online sessions fall on a Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, 7:00-9:30pm ET. A certificate of completion will be provided upon the conclusion of the class.
